Costs

To make this easier to understand I have designed a ‘Pick and Mix' Menu of Service so that you are in control and know what is included and what to expect on the bill - service included!

There are 4 basic bands of charges:

1. Monthly
2. Quarterly
3. Six Monthly
4. Annual

Within each band the charges are further broken down by the type of work undertaken. Most work is charged on an hourly rate but there are exceptions which are charged per item.

• Basic Data Entry - from £16 per hour

• Sales Ledger
  Purchase Ledger - from £21 per hour
  Credit Control

• Invoicing - £5 for a simple invoice

• VAT returns - £40 per return

• CIS - charges vary

These rates are based on work being carried out at Sussex Office Services premises and are flexible depending on volume and type of work undertaken.
